Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces

Phillips Investments Inc. and its affiliates firmly reject any involvement with antisocial forces, will not engage in any actions that encourage their activities, and will have a basic policy of confronting these forces with a resolute company-wide stance, and will respond as follows:

We will respond to antisocial forces as an organization and ensure the safety of employees from antisocial forces.

We will build close cooperative relationships with external specialist agencies to prevent damage from antisocial forces.

We will not have any relationship with antisocial forces, including business relationships. We will reject any unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces.

We will take legal action, both civil and criminal, against unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces as necessary.

We will not engage in backroom deals with antisocial forces or provide funds to antisocial forces.
